Requesting a Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet been prepared for fulfillment, our team will do what they can to cancel or change it.

Orders Already Prepared or Shipped

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders often involve reserving inventory specifically for your business. Cancellation of a wholesale order is handled case by case by our team.

For owner review before publishing: Set the cancellation window, any cancellation or restocking fee, and whether bulk and wholesale orders can be cancelled once inventory has been reserved.
